KCSA (Kyiv City State Administration) is a local self-government body of the city of Kyiv and an executive body of the Kyiv City Council. The powers of the Kiev city council include consideration, preparation of draft decisions, provision of conclusions and recommendations, monitoring of the implementation of decisions by the council on various issues of city life. Structurally, KCSA is divided into departments, each of which is responsible to the city in the framework of its specialized activities (town planning, architecture, improvement, transport infrastructure, etc).
